By accessing or using FolioTrackr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

FolioTrackr is a stock portfolio tracking and tax calculation tool. The Service allows you to:

• Create and manage multiple investment portfolios
• Track stock trades and calculate gains/losses
• Store your portfolio data securely in your personal Google Drive

FolioTrackr requires a Google account for authentication and uses Google Drive to store your portfolio data. By using the Service:

• You authorize FolioTrackr to create and manage Google Sheets in your Drive
• You understand that your financial data is stored in YOUR Google Drive, not on our servers
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings

As a user of FolioTrackr, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the Service
• Keep your Google account credentials secure
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service

FolioTrackr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from investment decisions
• Data loss or corruption in Google Drive
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Inaccuracies in calculations or displayed data

You may stop using FolioTrackr at any time by deleting your account through the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
